Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Lead-SCM65 to drive sales and mentor fellow Retail Sales Consultants. You will ensure high-quality sales, follow company benchmarks, and utilize Paycom and RQ4 systems to manage transactions and inventory.

The role requires at least 18 years old, availability of 30 hours per week, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual Spanish preferred, with opportunities for growth in a full-time environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
