Job description

Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store appearance. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodations
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
