Job Description for Store Associate

Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high standards of quality and visual presentation within the store. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.

Contact with customers may include minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value, which may be supervised or unsupervised. To protect the business, its reputation, and ensure safety, a review of criminal history is conducted.

The selected individual will work at Store #707230 located at 5604 Colleyville Blvd, Ste J&K, Colleyville, TX 76034.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
