Job description

Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain store standards. The role involves contact with customers, access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, which may require a criminal history review for safety and security reasons.

The selected individual will work at Store #703573, located at 2309 Colorado Blvd, Denton, TX 76205.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
