Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter in Indiana to support advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement activities. The role drives top-line performance and supports branch operations, client service, and business development with a focus on finding and placing qualified workers.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring decisions, pre-employment testing, paperwork compliance, and proactive communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration and urgent issue resolution.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants and make hiring decisions; offer job assignments to qualified individuals.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results according to SOPs.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment paperwork and review for compliance under law.
• Make outbound sales calls to market candidates to clients.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates as appropriate.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies and regulations.
