Help At Home, LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a bilingual Staffing Coordinator who can confidently communicate in English and Spanish with clients, caregivers, and families.

You will coordinate and assign Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to patient cases, manage data in HHA Exchange, and provide supervision and administration to staff, while ensuring excellent customer service. The role is fully on-site with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum two years of home care coordination or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning HHAs/PCAs to patient cases.
• Documenting notes and updates in HHA Exchange; verifying attendance and schedules.
• Supervising and supporting HHAs/PCAs; handling administrative supervision.
