Accurate Personnel in Crystal Lake, Illinois is hiring two Account Managers to join our team. The role serves as the primary contact for applicants and coordinates recruitment to fill client staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience in staffing, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can work after hours as needed. Salary $20-$21 per hour with benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Ideally at least 1 year of high-volume recruiting or similar experience in the staffing industry.
• Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and also collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Understand client staffing needs and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
• Educate and sell candidates on details of open positions.
• Persuade clients of candidates' qualifications using verbal and written communication.
• Screen applicants to accurately fill positions with specific requirements.
• Document interactions with clients and employees.
• Visit client sites and attend job fairs as needed.
• Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.
