Job summary

Accurate Personnel, LLC in Crystal Lake, Illinois is seeking a National Skilled Recruiter to serve as the primary client contact. You will source and submit resumes, manage client relationships, and ensure successful placement of candidates in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in the staffing industry, bilingual in English and Spanish, and willingness to conduct onsite client check-ins at the warehouse. Regular hours are 8am–5pm, with potential after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of client needs and recruit qualified talent pipeline.
• Educate and promote candidates for open positions.
• Source and submit resumes for open roles.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth interactions among clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Thoroughly screen applicants to meet specific requirements.
• Maintain thorough records of client and employee interactions.
• Attend client visits and job fairs as needed.
• Interview, hire, and manage candidate pools per Accurate Personnel policy.
• Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching and terminations.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a National Skilled Recruiter to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

This individual will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves sourcing and submitting resumes to the client; understanding their needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful recruitment of candidates to fill those needs; in addition to handling client check-ins onsite at the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have one to two to three years minimum of experience in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $24-25/hour, paid weekly, plus OT & bonus potential.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. may need to be available after hours based on client needs.
• Located in Crystal Lake, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
