Accurate Personnel in Avondale, Arizona is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage relationships, and recruit qualified candidates to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in staffing and be bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base. Salary is $22-26/hr with a benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
• At least two years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Knowledge of EEO policy.
• Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Submit and present candidate resumes to clients.
• Build deep understanding of client needs and recruit qualified talent.
• Educate and promote candidates on open positions.
• Apply problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to ensure smooth interactions.
• Screen applicants to fill positions with specific requirements.
• Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients and employees.
• Attend client visits and job fairs as needed.
• Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool per Accurate Personnel policy.
