Job summary

At Training Wheels ABA, we're growing and excited to expand our services to include speech therapy alongside the incredible ABA work already happening across our clinics and in-home programs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
• Experience working with children, preferably those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Interest in collaborating with ABA teams and learning within a multidisciplinary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting clients and families
• Bilingual with English and Spanish
• Ability to work in both clinic and in-home environments

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement treatment plans and therapy programs developed by the supervising SLP
• Collect session data and maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals across environments
• Assist with caregiver education and carryover strategies as directed by the supervising SLP
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered culture
• Support meaningful communication development that improves each child's independence and quality of life
