North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in home health and daytime facilities in Texas. The role requires a Master's in SLP, CCC-SLP, TX licensure, and pediatric experience; bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document assessments, and educate families while supporting ongoing clinical fellowship supervision where eligible. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• CCC-SLP Clinical Fellowship year completed.
• Texas licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define patients' degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairments by selecting and administering testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and advise on speech therapy modalities and interventions.
• Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants if three+ years of experience.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders
• Define patients degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions
• Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program
• May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience
