Voices College-Bound Language Academies is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our San Jose campuses. The role delivers direct speech-language services within an inclusive dual-language framework, aligning with IEP requirements and state standards.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CA credentials and ASHA CCC, and is fluent in

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid California SLP credential or license with an authorization in Language, Speech and Hearing.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required or in process.
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred and valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, individualized, or small group speech-language services to students.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students requiring speech-language services.
• Screen, assess, and document student progress per state standards and IEP timelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers for program planning.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reporting in compliance with SELPA and IDEA.
• Communicate with parents in English and Spanish as needed.
• Assist in developing materials and accommodations to support language development.
• Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development.
