Job summary

Hope Services in Silicon Valley is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver 1:1 assessment and therapy to infants and toddlers in home and clinic settings.

You will collaborate with families, provide parent coaching, document progress, and coordinate visits while maintaining required records and meeting caseload productivity. California licensure required; Masters in SLP and pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and California licensure to practice.
• 1+ years of related experience with children or disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and/or clinic-based speech therapy to infants and families.
• Use family-centered approaches with parent coaching.
• Coordinate schedule planning for visits and documentation.
• Maintain treatment records and accurate documentation.
• Maintain caseload productivity at 75% or higher.
• Assess and address speech and language development; include oral-motor evaluation.
• May supervise students pursuing licensure.
• Develop and maintain rapport with families and coordinate with other professionals.
