Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment in Spanish and English.
• Complete documentation including evaluation reports, daily session notes, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for billing, scheduling, and prior authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to SLPAs when assigned.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, ethics, and clinic policies.

SLP onCALL PLLC is a bilingual, community-centered speech therapy practice serving children and families throughout Houston. We provide high‑quality, culturally responsive evaluation and treatment services in our outpatient clinic, with a strong focus on accessibility for underserved communities. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment of communication disorders for pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include direct therapy, comprehensive evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with our administrative and clinical teams. This role may also include supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment in Spanish and English.
• Complete all required documentation, including:
• Evaluation reports
• Daily session notes
• Progress notes as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure accurate billing, scheduling, and prior authorization submissions.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to SLP Assistants when assigned.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, professional ethics, and clinic policies.

Required Qualifications
