Job summary

SLP onCALL PLLC in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting. The role includes therapy, comprehensive evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license (SLP).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with ability to evaluate and treat in both languages.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (clinic, school, or early intervention).
• Strong clinical writing skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment in Spanish and English.
• Complete documentation including evaluation reports, daily session notes, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for billing, scheduling, and prior authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to SLPAs when assigned.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, ethics, and clinic policies.
