Precision Diagnostics in Hillsboro/Beaverton, OR is seeking a full-time Specimen Collector. The position offers a Monday–Thursday 10:00–6:30 schedule and Friday 9:00–5:00 with 30-minute lunch breaks, at a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering a professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Collect, process, label, package, and ship specimens per SOPs.
• Verify patient demographics, IDs, and insurance information.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper handling during storage and transport.
• Enter orders and maintain documentation in systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous support to patients during collection.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with staff and clients to support operations.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
