Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation is required for the role.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if using a personal vehicle.
• Successful completion of an MVR check.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow client-specific SOPs and company protocols.
• Verify and document patient demographic, identification, and insurance information.
• Collect, process, label, package, and ship specimens per procedures.
• Maintain specimen integrity via proper handling, storage, and transport.
• Enter orders and keep accurate specimen and patient records.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous support to patients during collection.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with lab staff, providers, and clients for efficient operations.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
