Aa210 seeks a qualified Teacher Special Education for the SAILS Bilingual program in an Elementary setting in Texas for the 2026-2027 year. You will deliver instruction across academic, behavioral, communication, and independent living domains, aligned with TEKS and IEP goals.

You will collaborate with parents and school staff, adapt materials, document progress, and ensure compliance with ARD, SHARS, and district procedures. Bilingual certification is required for bilingual roles.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Teaching Certification issued by Texas Education Agency.
• Valid Special Education Certification EC-12 or equivalent.
• Bilingual certification required for bilingual teaching positions.
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training within one year of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Conduct instruction in academic, behavior, communication, independent living, social, and personal care skills.
• Develop IEP goals aligned with TEKS.
• Prepare and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Direct paraprofessionals and volunteers.
• Maintain confidential student records and ARD documentation.
