PAX Health, LLC in New Jersey seeks a licensed LCSW or LPC to provide outpatient mental health services for workers' compensation clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care to each patient’s needs and care level.

The role includes direct clinical services (individual, group, family), case management, and thorough EHR documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and NJ licensure is essential for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Current NJ license to practice independently as LCSW or LPC.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation clientele is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and respond promptly to intake referrals.
• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans under Clinical Director guidance.
• Provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Provide case management and referrals to outside resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in the EHR and input documentation.
• Attend treatment team and staff meetings and participate in supervision.
