Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Assistant Manager in Nogales, AZ to lead customer experiences in a fast-paced T-Mobile store. The RAM will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure promotions are current while delivering outstanding service to a diverse clientele.

The role involves managing store initiatives, maintaining audit-ready facilities, and partnering with the Store Leader to drive sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
