Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) for our T-Mobile authorized stores. The RAM is a goal‑oriented, energetic leader delivering attentive service and driving sales and customer satisfaction daily.

This position offers growth opportunities within a fast‑paced, dynamic team, with a focus on leadership, coaching, and achieving store goals in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
• Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with Store Manager to coach all employees as needed.
