About Our Beginning School

Our Beginning School is a Reggio Emilia-inspired early learning community serving children from infancy through Pre-K. We believe children are capable, curious, creative thinkers who learn through relationships, exploration, inquiry, and the Hundred Languages of Children.

We are seeking a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Co-Educator to join our Preschool or Older Toddler classroom.

This is a role for someone who is curious, reflective, and excited to learn alongside children as an educator-researcher.

As a Co-Educator, you will work collaboratively with your teaching team and Pedagogista to create a beautiful, engaging, and responsive learning environment.

  • Maintain active supervision and follow all health, safety, licensing, and school requirements.
  • Participate in professional development, reflective practice, research, and ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with Co-Educators, Pedagogistas, Atelieristas, Hundred Language Educators, and other members of our school community.
