Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Palatine, IL seeks compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship and safety supervision, and use a care app to clock in/out and document care.

Requirements include 1+ year caregiving experience (CNA/HHA preferred but not required), valid ID/work authorization, TB test and background check, CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), reliable

• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
