AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Eugene, OR to connect with customers through bilingual service, personalize sales guidance, and support the full suite of AT&T products. You will help customers choose devices, services and plans, and may earn commissions based on sales goals.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm shift including weekends, participate in events, and receive training to achieve targets. prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and starting pay may increase with bilingual

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred or beneficial.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Uphold a flexible 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; adapt to changing customer needs.
