Job summary

AT&T in Louisville is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right devices and services with a consultative approach. You will engage in sales floor activities, meet targets, and participate in events and outbound calls. Schedule includes 9am–9pm with weekend shifts.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided to achieve goals. Pay includes hourly rate plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with consultative recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in commission programs.
• Support events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends.
