Job summary

AT&T in Lexington, SC seeks a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to connect with customers, drive sales, and deliver personalized service. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose the right devices and services.

Expect a fast-paced, customer-facing role with scheduling that includes weekends and a path to commission-based earnings, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn AT&T products and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Assist with events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority schedules.
• Remain flexible to evolving technology and customer needs.
• If no sales experience, training and coaching will be provided.
