Job summary

AT&T in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services. You’ll engage on the sales floor with a consultative approach and participate in events to connect with the community.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 20 hours per week and uncapped commission opportunities. Training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn about AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commission.
