Job summary

AT&T in Sacramento, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative approach and promote AT&T’s latest devices and services. You will help customers compare options, complete online orders, and participate in community events while supporting store goals.

The role requires availability to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a flexible schedule two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus and may lead to starting pay enhancements.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible to evolving technology and store needs to meet customer requirements.
• If you lack sales experience, tools, training, and coaching are provided to help you succeed.
