Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This part-time role focuses on personalized sales with customers, using bilingual communication (Spanish/English) to explain AT&T’s products and services.

You will engage with the community, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to expand the customer base. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with a commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing experience a plus.
• Willingness to learn tools, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options.
• Participate in events, fill online orders, call customers.
• Maintain schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced tech environment to meet customer needs.
• No sales experience? Staff training and coaching provided to meet goals.
