Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Goodyear, AZ for part-time hours (20 hours/week) to engage customers with a bilingual, consultative approach. You’ll drive sales, handle in-store and outbound outreach, and participate in commission-based earnings based on performance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to evolving products, and delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting a busy store environment during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach.
• Assist with online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet and contribute to sales targets, earning commissions where applicable.
• Work a schedule including 9am–9pm, weekends, with 2 weeks advanced shift planning.
