Job summary

AT&T stores in Phoenix are hiring Retail Sales Consultants who speak Spanish and English. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commissions on AT&T’s devices and services.

Positions require weekend availability and a schedule between 9am and 9pm. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? training and coaching provided to help meet goals.
• Must be able to work a schedule that includes weekends and evenings (9am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s product portfolio.
• Participate in community events and team activities to drive sales.
