Job summary

AT&T in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring part-time Retail Sales Consultants who are fluent in Spanish and English. You will guide customers through options on the sales floor, help with online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers while earning commission.

You'll work 9am-9pm including weekends; starting pay ranges from $28,508 to $48,000 with uncapped commission opportunities. Company perks include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
