Job summary

AT&T in Lake Forest, CA is seeking Retail Sales Consultants who speak Spanish and English. You’ll build personalized sales experiences, meet targets, and earn uncapped commissions with AT&T’s devices and services.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and bilingual candidates may receive starting pay enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling (2 weeks in advance).
