AT&T in Elmhurst, NY is seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant who can engage customers in Spanish and English to recommend devices, plans, and services. You will build meaningful connections, drive sales, and leverage AT&T’s product portfolio to enhance community ties.

You’ll work a flexible schedule from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends, with uncapped commissions and a base salary. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is helpful, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus; training is provided to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options for devices and services.
• Participate in events, take online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Adhere to a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; 2-week advance schedule visibility.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and stay current with products.
• Support customers to meet and exceed sales goals with coaching when needed.
