AT&T in Massapequa, NY is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, support online orders, and handle outbound calls, while earning commissions based on performance.

The role involves a 9:00–21:00 schedule, weekends, and being part of a team that meets sales targets while learning AT&T’s products and services. Prior retail experience is a plus, with comprehensive training provided as needed.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment to meet customer needs.
• If no sales experience, tools, training, and coaching provided to reach goals.
