Job summary

AT&T is seeking candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English to join our Retail Sales Consultant team. You will guide customers through product options with a consultative approach and work to meet sales targets with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities include engaging with the community through events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to current and prospective customers. Excellent flexibility with a 9am–9pm schedule is expected.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided if needed.
