AT&T in Tucson is hiring Retail Sales Consultants who speak Spanish and English. You will connect with customers, apply personalized sales expertise, and help them explore the full range of AT&T devices and services.

You’ll meet sales targets, earn uncapped commissions, and participate in ongoing training. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including weekends.

No prior sales experience? We provide tools, training and coaching to help you succeed and grow within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to work 9am–9pm including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Fill online orders and assist customers in-store; participate in events and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s products and services.
