Job summary

AT&T in Union, New Jersey is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Retail Sales Consultants to help customers with personalized sales guidance and build lasting connections.

You’ll work a consultative, customer-first approach on a busy sales floor, with uncapped commissions and a starting hourly rate that depends on geography and experience. Expect weekend shifts between 9am and 9pm, plus robust benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, with 9am–9pm shifts and 2-week advance seniority-based planning.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
