Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in New York, NY. You will engage customers with a bilingual approach where applicable, guiding them through product options and services with a focus on achieving sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out to potential customers. The role requires availability 9am–9pm, including weekends, with schedules published two weeks in advance. Training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Be flexible and adapt to changing needs and products.
• We provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
