Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site team. You’ll close sales through strong communication, while advancing with training in merchandising and inventory.

Community engagement and outbound outreach help expand the customer base, with performance-based pay and commissions. The role offers base hourly pay with potential commissions.

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.
• ONE OR MORE YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, DEMONSTRATED THROUGH WORK EXPERIENCE AND/OR MILITARY EXPERIENCE.
• WILLINGNESS TO WORK EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS (SCHEDULE FOUR WEEKS IN ADVANCE).
• OPPOSITION TO PICK UP ADDITIONAL SHIFTS AND EARN MORE INCOME, TYPICALLY DURING SUMMER, NOV–DEC, OR PEAK VACATION PERIODS.
• BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
• EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A COMMISSION-BASED ENVIRONMENT.
• DEMONSTRATED SALES EXPERIENCE COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS TO FIND SOLUTIONS.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
