AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Lakewood, CO, to help customers navigate the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options and close sales, with opportunities for growth and uncapped commissions.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and outstanding customer service. Prior retail experience is a plus, but training is provided to all hires.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) encouraged; starting pay may increase for bilinguals.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn, train, and adapt to changing products and customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach on the floor.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
