AT&T in Lakewood, Colorado seeks a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose from AT&T’s devices and services, earning commissions on top of base pay. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, including weekends, on‑site, with a range of great benefits and opportunities to grow within the company as you connect customers with the right solutions.

Qualificações

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience helpful.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; adapt to changing needs.
• Provide training and coaching to help meet and exceed goals.
