AT&T in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select from the latest devices and services, delivering personalized sales expertise to close sales and build lasting relationships.

You'll work a 9am-9pm schedule (including weekends) with 40 weekly hours, joining a fast-paced team that supports community events and online orders. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40 hours weekly with two-week advance schedules.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching provided to help achieve goals.
