Job summary

AT&T in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to connect with customers using a personalized sales approach and consultative guidance.

You will help customers explore product options, fill online orders, and make outbound calls while adapting to evolving technology and a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is required; weekend availability and a 40-hour workweek are expected.

Qualifications

• Spanish and English bilingual proficiency.
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T's suite of products
• Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
