Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences in Florida. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals while collaborating with store leadership on merchandising, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
