AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Florida to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching $100,000, plus a base salary in the stated range.

You will work independently, close deals through hands-on demos, and build lasting customer relationships. Initial paid training, ongoing coaching, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends help you stay tech-savvy and sales-focused.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Connect with customers daily and engage warm prospects provided via scheduled appointments; drive to meet sales goals.
