AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver white-glove experiences in customers\' homes, driving sales of the latest technology and services in the Cape Coral area.

You will connect with warm prospects, use strong negotiation skills, and benefit from paid training and ongoing coaching to help you meet sales goals. Expect uncapped commission and a clear path to higher earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for business use.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities
