Responsibilities:

• Greet members & guests warmly and wish them well as they exit
• Check in members and guests following company procedures
• Manage messages on club software during check-in
• Answer phones courteously and professionally
• Communicate upcoming events to members and guests
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Make calls to leads and resolve billing issues
• Process payments for member services as per procedures
• Be knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules
• Keep work area clean and assist with cleaning as needed
• Assist with projects delegated by management
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Perform opening and closing duties

Meetings:

• Attend monthly or weekly department and training meetings
