Our client is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. This is a contract position supporting customer inquiries through phone and CRM systems, ensuring an excellent experience for members and the broader community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone and other channels.
- Respond to inquiries about Girl Scout programs, memberships, and services.
- Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Work within a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach with a high level of empathy and efficiency.
- Assist with sales-related inquiries; upselling opportunities may arise.
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – Mandatory
- Customer service experience – Mandatory
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems – Mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Must be flexible and able to work across different time zones.
- Comfortable with remote work technology; GSUSA will provide a laptop.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Girl Scouts programs or mission is a plus.
- Additional language skills beyond Spanish are a plus.
