Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Spanish-language instruction for adult learners.
• Create course materials and curriculum for adult learners.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback.
• Maintain attendance and program records.
• Foster inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
• Engage in community outreach to promote offerings and enrollments.
